Custom Cabin Price

The cabins are framed where the customer wants to have the walls for the bedrooms, kitchen, and bath. The cabin has four walls right now, the opening for the front door will be 36 inches. The door and windows can be put in by us or the customer. We will cut the places for the windows at no charge. The foundation can be anything you want it to be and we can do foundations as well. We will deliver and set up, there will be a delivery fee over 100 miles, also a setup fee. As far as square ft the cabin for sale is a 25×25 with walls that are ten feet high, leaving room to add a loft 1/2 or full. The Roof can be customed to the buyer’s needs and is not included in the price.
